Working to support you
I fundamentally believe that every individual has the ability to find the solutions that they need. I simply walk beside you during that journey, helping you to see things that, perhaps, are not obvious and to consider things that may not have occurred to you before.

There are many different approaches to counselling and mine happens to be Humanistic, using the Person-Centred Approach, Transactional Analysis and Gestalt techniques.
This means that, while recognising that the past is important, I work with you in the here and now; understanding what that past means and the impact it has on you.
Every person is different and with a unique perspective so, whatever happens, we will go at your pace and find an approach that naturally fits you.
